Membership is open to all faculty and staff (full or part-time) employed at UMBC or UMBC affiliations, regardless of religion, age, race or color, marital status, national origin, disability, gender, or sexual orientation. All BFSA members are expected to agree and abide by the rules and regulations of the university.
