Announcing our new Leadership for BFSA:
President: Lt. Derrick Johns
Vice President: Kiki Strickland
Derrick has been at UMBC since 2002 and is the Operations Commander for our Police Department. He served as BFSA Vice President 2019 - 2022.
Kiki joined OIA in 2019 as a Data and Gift Processor. She was previously a gift processor at the Kennedy Center. She has been the BFSA Secretary since 2020.
Just a note that we are still looking for self-nominations for the role of Secretary and Treasurer.
The Secretary takes care of all administrative responsibilities for the association, including sending out meeting reminders, taking attendance at meetings and recording meeting minutes. Other projects as assigned.
The Treasurer is responsible for financial aspects of the association, including keeping record of our account with the Foundation, making deposits and other projects as assigned.
